How do I send my photo?+
Select your phone model, tap the WhatsApp button and send your original high-quality photo directly to Vexivotech. We will confirm the design with you before printing.
Which phone models do you offer?+
We currently stock cases for iPhone 13; iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max; iPhone 15, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max; iPhone 16, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max; iPhone 17, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max; plus Samsung Galaxy S23, S24, S25 and S26, including Ultra models.
Which case type can I choose?+
We currently offer only our protective double-sided case. Choose your exact iPhone or Samsung model before payment.
Are all listed phone models available?+
Yes. Covers are currently available for every iPhone and Samsung model shown in the website model selector.
How much do the cases cost?+
Ready-made Vexivotech design cases cost €25. Customised photo cases cost €30. Both prices include free delivery in Ireland.
How long does delivery take?+
We’ll confirm the current production and delivery estimate before you pay. Delivery is free within Ireland only.
Will you check my design before printing?+
Yes. We review your photo and placement and can discuss any adjustment before production.
What is your refund policy?+
Because personalised cases are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind once production has started. If your case arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order details and clear photos. Your statutory consumer rights under Irish law are not affected.
